  • Service outage exceeding 24 hours
  • Technical issues preventing core functionality
  • Account access issues not caused by user error
  • Service features significantly different from advertised
  • Double billing or incorrect charge
  • Cancellation within first 24 hours of subscription
2.2 Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of business plans after subscription
  • Lack of usage of the service
  • Facebook Marketplace policy changes
  • Issues caused by violation of our Terms of Service
